calls everyday with robocalls have had over 40 calls from then talked to them got lied to that they are associated with credit card companies. will not stop calling all accounts say it is a scam as I thought.

This is the same "Rachel" or "Carmen" robocall scam. They are using every trick in the book to get your credit card number to charge for bogus services, supposedly to "reduce your interest rates." It is 100% criminal and they won't stop calling even if you reject them repeatedly.
