Received a call from this number on Friday Jan 23rd and today Jan 26th. Was an automated message saying they've tried to help me settle this matter and that they would now proceed with legal action without my input or my attorney's input (don't have one). I pressed one to get an agent because I just had to know who had the cojones to threaten me with an automated message. Got an agent who stated they are trying to collect on a payday loan I paid off more then a year ago. The agent got frustrated then threatened legal action, and hung up. I reported it to my state's attorney general and we'll see what happens.
