I called this scammer again. when he answered I informed him I needed his employee number so that when I go to the IRS office Monday mourning they can investigate the lawsuit for tax fraud. I forgot to post the best part on my previous comment. he quickly hung up on me.

a recorded message: called me at 10:25 saying he was from the IRS and I was being sued for tax fraud and to contact him at 360-851-4693. the message did not ask for a name, co I guess anyone answering my phone is being sued for tax fraud by the IRS. when I tried calling the number first I got a busy signal. second result ended with no one answering on the other end

"Officer David Williams" from the "IRS" called me this morning and left a message saying that this is the last chance I have to work with him. Called back from another numbers and after his spiel I told him that I know he's not working with the IRS and knew he was lying about the lawsuit and warrant (you could hear a few others in the background answering calls as the IRS as well). He then began asking me what I am wearing, my age, and other inappropriate questions, and said it was okay since I knew he wasn't an official. He asked for my location and I told him that I don't give out personal information to anyone and he "promised" he wouldn't misuse any of it (yeah, I'm sure that since he promised, I can totally trust him!). Don't even give this disgusting piece of crap the time of day. Report it to your wireless service or phone company to see if the can block it from their standpoint as well as your own phone's blocking ability. Get these jerks reported and their numbers taken down. Scum of the earth scammers!

Guy called. Said he was IRS agent. Confronted him as a scammer. Said he would confiscate my bank acct. Asked him to tell my bank name and he started spouting all kinds of junk. Finally hung up & emailed Internal Revenue as it's a federal crime to impersonate a federal agent.
