Stated I was a suspect in an active criminal case, and that I needed to return a call immediately or a warrant would be issued for my arrest in Washington.
I called and the man on the phone asked me to verify my social dob and address I asked him to identify himself and that I would not be verifying any information. He then stated ok you can be an ass your the one with a pending lawsuit with Navy Federal and if found guilty for the fraudulent check will be arrested.
They called from 361-237-1780 and left an actual voice message with the above statement.
I hung up and called my bank, no charges have been filed against me, nor do I have any warrant for my arrest.
