I nicely asked Michael to remove my name from his call list after he stated he was calling about problems with my computer (which I've never called them about). He wanted to know why I said because I would like for you to do so. He told me he didn't have to remove me from their list and was no going to do so. I asked for the company's name and addresss he hung up
