Received an automated, recorded call from 401-375-4657 to my cell phone offering a loan to a small business. In response, it linked me to a person claiming to be from Side Paper Fundings who stated he is in California with a direct call back number of 917-633-5813. He hung up when I advised his call to me violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and said I wasted 2 minutes of his time.
