Calls daily to discuss my fraudulent case with PayDay Loans, which I've never taken out. One woman left a message and said, "Good luck." Two other times I have been hung up on because they won't answer my questions as to whom they are. They tend to become belligerant when I ask who they are. Probably best to either block the caller or to continue to elevate their ire.

Does say she is from a fraud agency and wants to talk to my attorney. I do not have any fraud cases against me. I know this is a total scam.

She called and said I owed a bank money for a payday loan. I told her j never took out a pay day loan and asked who was the loan with and for what amount. She didn't even have an exact amount she said between $200-$700. When I questioned why she didnt know the amount she got mad and said she's signing an order for a warrant for my arrest.

I received a pre-recorded phone call stating that I violated a Pre-Trial Intervention order. It stated that if I did not call them back, they woul have me arrested. The problem is that the call did not originate from my home state and I have never been in any trouble before.
