Angry in KS - 07-27-2015

Claimed I have a payday loan that is not paid from 2011. Said they were notifying my county of this debt and that it was two felony counts. First being fraud and second theft by deception.Also claimed there would be a warrant issued for my arrest. The scary thing is they have my bank account number. Any one else?
