Someone just tried calling me but I missed it. I am pretty sure this is like the 10th time they have tried to call me.

Received a call from this number, pressed one to talk to someone and asked to be taken off the list. The lady said no thank you, and when I said excuse me she said it's called freedom of speech... I ended up snapping off and hanging up.

Answered the phone (Townsend, MT) recorded message saying I was eligible to lower my credit card rates, then asked to push 1 to speak to a customer service rep. I pushed 1 and a person answered, I asked to speak with their supervisor they replied "Oh... Uh Huh...." and hung up. (the person who answered had a thick "southern Ebonic" accent)

Just received a call from 406-980-2030, didn't recognize it, so I didn't answer. No voice mail was left. I called the number back, and got the message "The number you have dialed is no longer in service, or has changed." Scammers trying hard this close to Christmas.

I have been receiving repeated calls from this number. If you speak after answering you get connected into an IVR which introduces itself as Rachel who proceeds to tell you that recent law changes have made it possible for you to take advantage of a limited time offer to lower you credit card interest rates. If you press one to speak to a real (rude) person then you inevitably end up getting hung up on no matter what you say. They will not take you off their list upon your request. They even hung up on me when I played dumb and suggested I was interested in the offer so that I could start to get to the bottom of who they actually are.
