I picked up the phone, which I shouldn't have today around 1:54 P.M. and hit 9 to tell these people I don't have a credit card. The rep tells me to "shut the f%$%^ up, I'm trying to lower your interest rate." To my dismay, I replied, "WHAT?!?!" Then she proceeded to say, "speechless aren't you b$%#^?" Then hung up on me. I'm very appalled that someone would speak to me that way. She could've atleast hung up like the rest of them. All I was able to find out was it TW Telecome of Florida and its a landline.
