Stated he was calling from a law office and I owed on a loan from a payday advance. He and everyone in the background spoke with an Indian accent. Threatened me saying he was going to have the sheriff come to my job and arrest me for not paying a loan back that I don't even remember receiving. I called the number back after hours and it was a cell phone not an office phone. Stated he was taking my affadavit to the court house tomorrow for processing and a warrant would be issued for my arrest. The man screamed and called me everything but a child of God and stated that I owed 1149 on a supposed 300 loan. Yeah ok...let's see if he gets it! I'll wait for my documentation in the mail, hope he calls me tomorrow looking for a payment....cause I want proof of this loan.
