SCAM WARNING. Although the caller will claim to be from your current long distance carrier, they are not. They told me they were from Qwest, but the caller ID listed LDTS as the caller. The caller was trying to obtain information as well as authorization from me to "accept the new lower long distance rates from my current provider". They undoubtedly planned to slam our long distance service. Do not give out any information to anyone calling from 407-520-5320 or to any cold caller. The information listed on your caller ID can be faked so if you are in doubt when a caller asks you for information, end the call and contact your carrier directly at the number listed on your bills. Qwest has always directed me to report calls like this to the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
