I am getting constant hang up calls from 408-565-8216. I have called back, been put on a wait hold and then told the caller has no mailbox. STOP CALLING ME

Very arrogant person trying to sell me a warranty for my vehicle. Not affiliated with any particular auto manufacturer. When I told him that I repair my own vehicles, he wanted to know if I owned a $75,000 diagnostic machine. When I told him I had my own scan tool, he got very annoyed, repsonded in a rude manner and hung up. I would not take a warranty from these people if they offered to pay me.
