I've answered twice because I am a contractor and work in Maryland sometimes so think it's a work-related call. The person is definitely foreign with heavy accent and they try to talk to me about energy bill savings and have my home address and have been calling my home phone number. When I say I'm not interested the person starts swearing at me. This has happened twice now. This particular scam call is worse than others--based on what I've read they have very personal information and then get extremely hostile if you don't play into their scam.
