Called said she was calling about several things and gave some reference number and said she wanted to make sure that she had the right address. Said I should call a phone number that only had 5 numbers. Said that she was going to file action in my county. That's unusual since she do not know where I live and dont know my phone number. She phising for information.

still calling me on a pay day loan that was paid in full(I have the bank statements showing it was paid) they don't care. I have been getting calls for this for 8yrs. its the same people different names . its illegal in the state I live to get loan or collect on pay day loans. that law was passed in 2009/2010.it was also retroacted to any payday loans Prior to the loan being instated . my was paid in full 2007. got all that info from state atorny office.
