This guy was very rude, even went as far as to yell at me while on the call. I hung up, but before that I told him the company better not call my number otherwise I'm reporting them. That's not how you handled a collection, even if the company is really. They don't answer the phone if you call back and never leave a message.

They call, never provide you with who they are other then RPM then they toss you into a limbo as they put you thru to their 'supervisor' I waited about 4 minutes then just hung up. Placed them on my reject listing but they average 6 to 8 calls a day never leaving a message the callers barely speak English and are very hard to understand. Rude, I agree.
