VPMC is on the caller ID when this number calls constantly. Sometimes it stops ringing for a few seconds and then they just keep calling right back immediately. Getting really fed up. Number 1: I DO NOT owe them anything. My phone bill is always paid in full each month. 2. They don't need to continue calling as soon as they stop once and then immediately dial me again.
