100% SPAM/SCAM. What kind of SOB calls on a SUNDAY NIGHT at 6:00PM - and VALENTINES' DAY to boot? We let it go to ans. machine and of course got the 'dead air/hum' of a robocall. A search of this number brought up "CHARTER CABLE SALES". FLAGRANT VIOLATION of the DNC List LAW. SCUMBAGS. COWARDS who will not even fully ID themselves with their NAME on Caller ID. I've already reported it.
