"Julie Smith" is caller's name on this automated message from the IRS. In the voicemail, it stated to call them back immediately and to not ignore this call - urgent. I called back twice (just to make sure I heard everything correctly) and the voicemail was full.

also received recorded voice mail from "IRS" requesting urgent call back. i called back and a lady answered with an accent, appeared to me asian accent, whereby she did not identify herself as an irs agent nor did she provide a name, basically she hung up on me. i called again a few minutes later inquiring for their website address and a man answered and stated "don't you know you're calling the irs, i'm going to call the sheriff to arrest you" i asked for what reason, and he hung up on me. sounds like a complete hoax to me
