gator named Michael Carter at the same number. I told him that I would call the irs directly at the 800 number. Do not give them any info or money. SCAM!!!!!

Got a call on Good Friday. This idiot has very heavy either Indian or Arabian accent and kept claiming that he is from IRS, and need some information from me, asking if I had an attorney. I handed the phone to my husband and he hung that up immediately. The idiot called back again immediately, we didn't answer, he left message on our answering machine saying," My name is Jack Parker. Don't try to ignore this message, this is important, call me back as soon as possible as legal action take place."
Our caller ID showed that number as "NOVATO CA, 1-415-251-8361". Stupid.

I received 6 calls from this number within a matter of minutes. I called the number back from another phone and a man answered saying his name was Trey from the Internal Revenue. He said I had the wrong number and not to call him again. I asked if this was a scam.. He hung up on me. Anyway, I called the number back asking for my refund. He said "you want a refund bxxxx and hung up on me."

This idiot called and asked for my husband and when I said he wasn't there asked to takea message from the IRS. I hung up and he called back.. so we had a little fun. I told him I needed my b**** pen so the sheriff could read clearly his name and number. Told him if he called again as an attorney I know the laws and the call was being recorded - I would pursue legal action against him. My kids were laughing. Scam scam scam!!!
