She is one busy lady. I was worried when I first heard the message but thanks to websites like these feeling much better this is a scam.

Feminine robo-voice stated it was the IRS calling and that I should not disregard the call "before legal allegation" was taken. First of all the IRS would contact a person by mail or certified mail if it was urgent. Second, the grammar was not even correct in the voice mail. Then they say "goodbye and take care" at the end. It's almost funny.
