I receive frequent calls from (415) 363-9639, but they hang up every time I answer. I don't know anyone in San Francisco, and other websites report that this is a phone number associated with a scam company using "Health Wellness" as their called ID. When I call back, there's just a recording telling me to keep waiting, so this may be a callback toll scam.
