This is the biggest rip off on the planet!. They claim to be able to lower your credit card payments. What they really want is your money. They will call your credit card with you on the phone, and when the credit card company asks for your security answer, the spam company stores this information in their system. The spam company will ask the credit card company to lower your interest rate (something that you can do for free) and when the credit card company says no, that is the end of it. The spam company claims to be able to work with the higher ups in the credit card company, but it is NOT true.
This company uses a lot of different phone numbers to get around the blocked ones. I am currently in the process of turning them in to the phone company and anyone else who will listen.
Save your money and DON'T do it!
Call your credit card company yourself, explain your situation, and hope for the best.
