It's a Google recorded telemarketer. I just spoke to the loser operator named Kevin at 2:52pm 3/6/14. I explained to him "I am tired of receiving these recorded calls" (after I pressed option 1 for the operator). I explained to him, "Please stop bothering me with these calls. I've pressed option 2 many time to be on the do not call list." I also informed him that this will be reported to the FCC.

He then replied with "Sir I've heard every threat there is. The FCC can't stop us from calling you". I responded with a reality check "Maybe you should get a real job that doesn't involve you being a jack ass".
