Receiving same recording from multiple phone numbers, different parts of the country. I believe they are using a program that shows someone else's phone number, not the making the call. So, don't needlessly blame the real owner of the phone number - they may not be aware, until the complaints come rolling in

Received a call from 423-217-8956 to lower my interest rate on an un-named credit card and they didn't have my name. Total BS.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. 4232178956 called about CARD HOLDER SERVICES that I'm not a member of (I have no credit cards). So, I waited to speak with a rep to request my number be removed and not sold/traded. When a rep finally came on the line, I made my request and he disconnected the call before I finished speaking! I expect no future calls because the number is now blocked.

This POS called. I played his game and told him I was vacationing in Madagascar where the phone rates are very expensive. I told him to fax me the documents to sign. I just looked up a hotel fax number in madagascar. This must of cost him a few dollars. I kept telling him to resend it cause it had errors. I hope he get a huge bill

Called my cellphone at about 11:25 AM. Just the number came up, no name. I'm at work, so I didn't answer. They left no message.

The pre-recorded message says they can lower the interest rate on your credit card. I have received this call a few times so I waited on the line to ask them to remove my number. When it was finally answered, a woman asked if I was calling in regard to the interest rate and I said I wanted my number removed. She very courteously hung up on me.

Not only is this a CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM but they call MULTIPLE TIMES IN RAPID SUCCESSION (within one MINUTE). Did the same thing yesterday from 423-781-0831. How much more of this are we expected to endure?
I can't block numbers with this old phone!
