This call came in the middle of the night, woke me up and the caller claimed to be "tech Support" and informed me that my computer has a virus. This company had a call center in CA last year, different number different name, same scam. Last time they called, my daughter just happened to be visiting and could see I was very upset with the continued calls, so she decided to waste their time. While she was sitting on the couch with the computer off, they "walked" her through the steps to find the "infected" files. Once "found" she informed the caller that the computer just crashed and demanded they fix it NOW. She tried getting the caller's personal number, the supervisor's number and any one else that would have the authority to fix our "crashed" computer, all the while demanding they fix it NOW. They hung up on her and the calls stopped for almost a year. Now they are relocated and calling again.
