they called said I owed money from a payday loan and there was a litigation filed against me.
I told them I have no outstanding loans and they hung up on me

Claimed I owed money from payday loan. I never took a a payday loan. The Payday loan industry should be put out of business immediately. Another way of legalizing mob activity. Anyway this punk threatened me and said I would be arrested. I said, for what? Breathing. He hung up on me. Anyway these scammers should be locked up.
