Claimed to be from United Health Care and that i was eligible for visiting nursing services for free. Then to "verify they were talking to the right person" wanted to verify date of birth and last four digits of SS#." Very likely collecting information to use for scaming purposes.
Obviously I did not give them the information and notified UHC immediately.
