470-230-2378 = caller id = none google traces number to TWYLA HIGHERS on Verizon cell network maybe in Gainesville GA...keeps calling my cell and never leaves a message...ugh...so I am blocking and so should you....easy way to block if you run out of numbers = assign a silent ring tone...which I just did...will never have to hear from this idiot again....
