Unfortunately I learn the hard way in Feb. 2014 they were not Microsoft. Ended up canceling credit card, reporting them.
After all that time I now get a Call from them again Sept.2,2015 on my cell phone before was on my home line. Ask me if I remember him and their Service. Yes and my Computer Crash!!' He hung up
