A gentlemen also called me yesterday stating my computer had problems. I told him this is impossible because we are tech savvy and know all about our pcs. I ended up hanging up on him. When I asked him what company he was from he said www.techsupportamerica.com First off we are on the DONotCall Registry so why are we getting these unsolicited phone calls?

The caller had a very very heavy accent claiming my computer had some type of problem and wanted to know if my computer was on I then told her my son is an IT expert and he would handle any problem I had and I hung up. Could not understand what she was saying
