Got this call and didn't anwser. instead I called the Sheriff's office and city hall in Hector to report this phone scam after I Googled it online to see that it is a scam. They said that they will look into it

No name came up, but I heard spanish numbers being spoken.
For all you know, you hit #1 and you've just agreed to give out your personal info about your phone, your name and everything else.
That's why I hate phone listings.
A scammer can get your full name, address, phone number, they then can drive by after having your address and get your mail, licence plate number.
Damn, they need to stop this giving out your personal info.
Complete strangers can bag your ass quick. While the victim has to pay a lawyer, the city, your bank to finally clear your name.

I received a call from this number and had my mom translate the spanish message. It says "Your telephone number has won $1500! Please press 1 to claim your prize." Also, I believe they're hoping English speakers are stupid and press 1, as we have to press 1 for English on automated systems. Scam.
