I've been receiving these unscrupulous calls continually since April 2014 - the FCC has rules in effect that address unsolicited telephone marketing calls – including those using automated and prerecorded messages. Received multiple scammer calls from (480)-376-7953 Level 3 Communications Landline in Phoenix, AZ ("No Name" on Caller ID) & spoofing other similar phone # (480)-376-7959 & # (480)-376-7963 & didn't leave a voicemail on my unlisted phone. Reported to DONOTCALL.GOV & FCC https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov - Keeping a log of the call dates & times
