The U.S. Independent Inspector General was hired by the U.S. Committee on the Judiciary and the Sub-Committee on Crime, Terror and Homeland Security to investigate both private and public fraud, abuse, waste, misconduct, violations of civil rights, & violations of civil liberties.

I just called the Mesa, AZ Police Department at (480) 644-2211. You can call them, as well.

You can also call your local police department, and have your local police work with the Mesa, AZ police.

It's illegal, and if we report it, we can get this person put away.
