This man was a smart ass and extremely rude. I reported him to the company he works for. Obviousy after talking to their customer service advocacy employee hotline it was clear Mr. Finley had done this many times before. Yet allowed to keep his job and continue to do it. The representative assured me his boss would be emailed about his behavior but I doubt anything serios will happen. So I filed a report with the FCC www.fcc.gov and with the FTC www.ftc.gov or org. Also you can report his number to his cell phone company Qwest communications a branch under Verizon. I encourage you to report this guy to the fullest extent of the law in your area. Go to his company website www.iqor.com, look under the CONSUMER RIGHTS section. Report him by using the hotline number, and the other means reported here. Don't let him get away with his unprofessionalism, don't let yourselfe or someone else be another victim of Finley or IQOR INC!
