Received 5 calls within 2 hours from 844-226-8637, during which I determined that they are a scam company and I informed them that both my cell and home phone numbers are registered with the FCC do not call list. I then blocked the number on my cell and they called again from 507-417-4765 which I believe was done in an attempt to get me to answer as 507 is my cell's area code. These calls have been coming in for a few months now, sporadically, and i my nerves can not take it anymore. They claim that I took out a payday loan in October of 2011 and the company name associated with my supposed debt is Sagamore. They have information about my previous address, email, employment, and even the last four of my SSN. Any of that is enough to scare a person. I requested that they send me some kind of debt validation, as I have not received any information about this previously, the first person I spoke with was reluctant to send me anything without me paying first but I am a paralegal and KNOW my rights and she eventually agreed to email me the information within 48 hours, which I'm sure will be falsified when I do receive it. After a half an hour they called a second time and I looked into the number and company they say I owe further, it led me to 40 some pages of other people with similar stories. They then called my cell and home 3 more times. THIS IS A SCAM!! If I hear from them further I WILL be submitting a complaint to the FCC and any other reporting company I can find! This type of harassment HAS to end!
