I receive about ten calls a week from this firm but they rotate numbers so I can't block them. They claim to be the "front office" for VISA, Mastercard and American Express and ask questions about reducing my interest rate. They hang up as soon as I question why they are offering me an interest rate reduction when I don't carry any debt.
