I have received several phone calls from these very rude and unprofessional people. They call my job, which is a emergency room, every 5 mins and are very rude and aggressive to my co workers. Even called one of the receptiontist a bitch when she refused to give him my personal information. They have my cell number but still keep calling my job. they even put kids on the phone and have them singing racial names and curse words. I have filed a complaint with my local PD and when an officer called the number he called him an asshole and told him he would keep calling. these people are foreign and absolutely the most ridicolous encounter I have ever had

Multiple calls to me at my office wanting to speak with me regarding a "case file number." When I press for more info he becomes rude and inappropriate. Said some disgusting things to the reception staff. Went and filed a police report with the local police department. When I googled the name Scott Jeffrey it comes up connected with a debt collection scam blog.
This needs to be stopped.

David Millar, sounds like Indian accent, who puts you on to his boss Edward John - also Melanie (who has a mans voice do think its David) Calling our work premises incessantly. It sounds like a call center as you can hear other chatter and phones going in background. Calling for various staff members here, accusing them of having legal issues and ask them for SSN to verify who they are. Upon challenging who they are they get very abusive, curse and swear at you if you don't give them information. One staff member was threatened - 'We will be waiting for you tomorrow at your job' They called today and I questioned why they're calling. 'Melanie' said to wish Ms. Brown many happy returns for her birthday as she is a client.. What? Evetually I got told they're calling from Legal Department of State of Massachusetts. I got angry back I was called a C**t and told 'Wait until I c** in your mouth and you will see' - I told them we reported them to the FBI they said 'I am the FBI'. How can these people get away with this? I am continuing to call them and harrass them back told them we're recording all calls, and it seems to have stopped them calling for now. Harrass them back I say!!
