Couldn't understand the name, heavy Indian accent. Very rude. Used curse words and threatened to put me in jail. Claims that I took out a loan and didn't re-pay. I have not taken out a loan and when I asked for them to fax me verification paperwork so I can file identity theft complaint, he cursed at me and told me to go "F***" myself.
