First off I couldn't understand exactly what he was saying since he spoke broken English with a very heavy Indian accent. I was able to find out that I apparently have a lawsuit against my name and social security number. I kept asking who is the lawsuit from and they couldn't seem to comprehend the question. Finally he said us pay day loans. Now I have never taken a payday loan out but I have recently inquired about them. I don't understand exactly what's going on but I will get to the bottom of it

He called yesterday to my work and cell phone and left messages saying that it is regarding a lawsuit that involves me in my home state and that he has my name and my social security number. When I answered today he said that the same thing then tried to ask for my personal information. I asked him who it involved besides me and he interrupted and said "Listen to me", I said "not until you tell me who it involves besides me" and he repeated "You need to listen to me", again I said "no, not until you tell me who it involves". He said it is regarding a loan with Advance America. I stated that I never had a loan with them and was trying to tell him not to call me back on either of my phones ever again and he interrupted AGAIN and said "yes, I know you don't have a loan with them but....." I told him again to never call me back again and he hung up.
