Recording said the IRS had been unable to reach me, was filing a lawsuit against me and I should call this number for details. It seemed so suspicious. Area code 509 is in Washington state: http://www.allareacodes.com/509 and is an unlisted number.
I called my tax accountant and he said the IRS sends you letters, not phone calls and I should immediately report it. Don't call this number back. SCAM!
