Threatening call about being arrested. Used foul language when questioned his name and badge number. Foreign accent.

Got a call from this number today (9/2/15). Was a recording saying it was the IRS and that they were getting ready to sue me for back taxes. And that I should call them back to discuss. Needless to say, I didn't. The caller ID said Wenatchee WA.
