received partial messages from 509.570.5163 and 202.766.6453. The 202 area code said that I was being sued but my phone didn't start recording until late and only caught that part. Both numbers were disconnected or listed as wrong numbers when I called back.

Automated voice mail (2 voice mails, 2 calls received today from this number) starts in the middle of a statement and repeats the phone number.

Not sure what they were calling about or who the calls are from, but not taking the chance on calling back. (When you call them, it is an "action" and then the do not call list no longer applies!)
