Received recorded message stating she was from the IRS, they have been trying to contact me, I owe money and they have a law suit. I was directed to call this number back. Of course they didn't know my name. I reported this call to the Treasury Department's Inspector General at:

Left message claiming the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and call back at this number immediately. First of all the IRS only uses the US Postal service to notify you (in writing) of ANYTHING. Second, if you receive a notice from the IRS , they always direct you to call their WELL PUBLISHED toll free number.

I have gotten at least 12 calls from this number and others as well.the idiot on the phone calling from out of state about ohio taxes and threatens to come to my house and arrest me is getting old. Same voice same threat different numbers. How can we stop this. Why are people who scam for thousands and millions aloud to get away with this.No one seems to want to do anything about it?
