I received two of these calls today. Hung up on the first call and let the second call go to voice mail. The message was the same as JM. I have Blocked the number.

I just received the same call. Exact same thing except I called back and demanded to speak to a supervisor. The CSR said hold and then hung up on me. Scary part is he had my name.

I just received a call from this number on 12/01 at 11:06am CST. I did not answer and was left this voice mail: "The IRS filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number at 509-790-0342. I repeat 509-790-0342. Thank you."
