Caller left a computer generated message about an IP address which was cut off at the beginning (deliberately, I think). Hit re-dial and someone with a heavy accent answered, "Thank you for calling Amazon, how may I help you?" Definitely not Amazon. Most likely a scammer trying to con people into giving out private info by telling them their computers are sending out error messages.
