Had to listen to the message 5xs to understand him saying that I needed to get ahold of him about a fraud matter and if I did not he would be starting legal proceedings. He gave me his call back number 3 xs (he had no problem saying english numbers very clearly) but he sounded Indian from India. I totally knew it was a scam and blocked the number 510-545-7912

He called and left a voice mail threatening me. So I called back and I politely let him talk and when he go done I so only went off and told him I was gone call the police and tell them they were harassing me and he immediately hung up in my face!! That let me know they were scammers!!
