Robocall saying my interest rate was too high on my credit card and to press 1 to lower it to 6%. Transferred to a terrible telemarketer that barely spoke English (Hispanic). She claimed I had earned a better interest rate by making no late payments on my outstanding balance in excess of $3,500. I told her I have paid off my credit card, and asked which company I was speaking with. She quickly said I was no eligible and hung up on me.
