The first time I didn't say anything and I heard a lot of background noise of other people talking, so it sounded like a call-center - so I hung up. Then they immediately called back so I spoke up. The heavy accented Indian guy asked for me by name - and mispronounced it.
But I decided to have some fun. :-)
Him: "...are you aware that there's legal action filed against you?"
(this is where most people would say No.)
Me: "Yes! Yes I do."
Him: "Ummmmmmmmmmmm.... Do you know what it's about?"
Me: "Yes, and I've already contacted my lawyer regarding it. Thanks. Bye," and I hung up.
His "ummmm" was priceless to me - lol. Hey, that's not a choice in the script....
