I just got the same call but I didn't get a name. I have gotten these phone calls in the past. They told me,they were located in Houston but gave me a Austin phone number. the address that was given is

Caller said the minute I get his message I or my retained atty better call as this is a time sensitive issue. If I or my retained atty do not call all he can do is wish me luck as this issue unfolds around me. This is the second call of this type and the first one said they would stop the legal matter if I sent them money. I told them I would send the money as soon as they came over and kissed my big white A---!!

Caller told me that I had a court date of tomorrow (would be the next day) at 11:00AM and it is a time sensitive matter. Indicated calling from a law firm and I need to have my attorney, too.

The circuits are usually busy when you try to call the "512" number. I finally talked to Susan Watson. I asked her to spell the law firm name; she put me on hold to spell it. I asked her what was her Texas bar code. She began yelling at me and told me that she was just customer service and that I needed to resolve the matter. I was NEVER told what the matter was.
